Travel & Accommodations

All events will be taking place within the South Denver area.

Guests will fly into Denver International Airport (DEN), which is about 40 minutes from both Highlands Ranch and Downtown Denver. From the airport, rideshares, affordable rental cars, and shuttles are all easy to access. We may offer a hotel shuttle depending on where guests stay — we’ll share details as soon as they’re finalized.

Arrival
Getting Around

A rental car isn’t required, but it can make the weekend a lot easier — especially if you’d like to explore the mountains or visit spots outside Highlands Ranch. Rideshare is widely available, and most major hotels have plenty of parking. There is also public transportation available, but car travel will definitely be a better option.

Where to Stay

We recommend staying in or near Highlands Ranch for the quickest access to the venue. The area has a mix of hotels, including familiar national brands, comfortable suites, and family-friendly options. Otherwise, Airbnb and Vrbo always have great and often-affordable options.

Below are some options for hotels that are close to the venue:

Make a Weekend of It

We won’t be hosting a day-after event, as our hope is that you’ll take the rest of the weekend to enjoy the beauty of Colorado at your own pace. Whether it’s a quiet morning in the mountains, a scenic drive, or a favorite local spot we love, we’d be thrilled for you to turn the weekend into a little getaway and explore the state we love so much. We’ll share our favorite Things to Do to help you plan something special.

A Note on Denver's Elevation

Denver sits at a higher elevation, which means hydration is key. Alcohol can hit you a bit harder here, and it’s common to feel a little light-headed or extra thirsty if you’re not used to the altitude and aren’t properly pre-hydrated. We recommend drinking plenty of water (with electrolytes!), taking it easy your first day in town, and keeping a water bottle on hand so you can enjoy the weekend comfortably. Most people won’t feel any effects if they hydrate really well a couple days leading up to their arrival in Denver and while in town.
